An RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) is licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) to represent clients in Canadian immigration matters. Working with an RCIC means your consultant is bound by a code of professional conduct, carries insurance, and is accountable to a regulator — unlike unlicensed agents who cannot legally represent you before IRCC.

We provide guidance and application support across Express Entry, work permits, study permits, permanent residence (including PNP and family sponsorship), spousal sponsorship, and visitor visas. See our Services page for details on each pathway.

No consultant can ethically guarantee approval — final decisions rest with IRCC. What we do guarantee is a thorough, honest eligibility assessment and an application built to the highest standard of completeness and accuracy, which is the biggest factor within your control.

Processing times vary by program and change over time, since they're set by IRCC, not by us. During your consultation, we'll walk you through current typical timelines for the pathway that applies to you.
